​The processing of personal data is undertaken in line with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulator (GDPR).   Due to the nature of our business, we are not required to register with the Information Commissioners Office (ICO), however, as we are committed to safeguarding the privacy of all our past, present and future clients and website visitors, we will ensure to stay up to date on our obligations regarding information and how to protect it.

To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect. Our website does not use cookies to collect information. Our website provider uses tracking technologies which provides limited statistics, such as the number of page views and unique visitors, but does not include any personal information.

Personal information provided to us by you will be used and stored securely to provide quotations requested by you, complete orders placed by you and to send invoices for goods or services provided by us to you. We may retain the information associated with your enquiries or orders for analytical purposes and record-keeping integrity.  

We will not sell your personal information to any third party. We may share your personal information with trusted third parties and such information will be limited to that which is necessary for us to comply with law or to conduct our business, such as to arrange delivery of goods or services ordered by you. 
 
We do not store any payment information. In the event that you provide us with your bank details, such as for the purposes of processing a refund, those bank details will be deleted as soon as the refund has been processed.
 
Security of Personal Information
We will take reasonable technical and organisational precautions to prevent the loss, misuse or alteration of your personal information. The transmission of information over the internet is inherently insecure, and whilst we will take appropriate steps to safeguard the transmission of data, we cannot guarantee the security of data sent over the internet or that a data breach will never take place. Should a data breach take place, we will notify those whose data has been compromised promptly via a suitable method so that the appropriate protective measures can be taken.

Our website includes details of, and hyperlinks to, third party websites. We have no control over and are not responsible or liable for the content, activities, privacy policies or practices of these third parties or their websites. However, we are keen to ensure the integrity of our own website and as such welcome feedback about these websites.

You may ask us to provide you with, amend or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time. To protect your privacy and security, we will take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting access or making corrections.
